Barcol Hardness Tester Model 934/1 (Domestic) – Doryang
Product description: Get precise hardness measurements with the Barcol Hardness Tester Model 934/1 (Domestic). Ideal for aluminum, plastics, and soft metals.
Instrument Features
A lightweight indentation-type hardness tester.
Operable with one hand, no experience required.
Wide measurement range: Can test from very soft pure aluminum to extremely hard aluminum alloys, with an effective range equivalent to Brinell hardness 25~135 HBW.
Wide applications: The 934-1 model can be used for testing aluminum and aluminum alloys, copper and copper alloys, fiberglass, hard plastics, etc. Improved models can test lead, tin, soft metals, soft plastics, rubber, felt, leather, etc.
High sensitivity: The instrument has 100 scales, offering much higher sensitivity than the commonly used Webster hardness tester in the aluminum alloy industry.
No support required: Can test by simply touching one side of the sample, no need to move or support the sample, making it suitable for large, thick workpieces and assembled components.
Easy conversion: Hardness values can be converted to Brinell (HB), Rockwell (HR), Vickers (HV), and Webster (HW) hardness values using a conversion chart.
